Are you ready for CQC Inspection?
We have available an annual programme of compliance assistance that you can access at any time to obtain information and support regarding compliance matters with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You can arrange regular checks on compliance and access to up to date policies and procedures that will empower your organisation to achieve and maintain a positive rating with the CQC.
Our team of support specialists all have extensive experience in dealing with the CQC including dealing with enforcement action, improving ratings or simply providing peace of mind. The team have supported hundreds of providers assisting them with developmentof new policies, procedures and audit systems to meet the exacting Fundamental Standards of Care and the Key Lines of Enquiry.
Our team has worked inside the CQC and can bring a unique insight into the inner workings and systems of the Commission. As part of your membership you will be appointed your own relationship manager.
To assist you in being able to meet the challenges of the standards we have developed an Annual Support programme that can be tailored to suit your organisation regardless of size or complexity.
Our full Annual Support programmes start from only £4995.00 a year and provides you with:
- up to 5 onsite support days,
- Onsite support or training days,
- Year round telephone and email support
- access to relevant policies and procedures specifically designed for you.
- Audit tools and systems to meet Well-Led
- Access to care planning systems and risk assessments
We also provide remote only support packages and support packages can be individually designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation and are suitable for all Social Care providers, GPs and private clinics.
