Invoicing and Payment

Compass Navigating Excellence will, when reasonable and practicable, provide booking confirmation and receipt for payment prior to attendance at the event.

All fees for open courses must be made at time of booking, failure to make payment at this time will not secure your booking, late payments or cancellations due to non-payment will result in an additional £50 administration fee and the day delegate rate as charged by the venue

Payment must be made in full prior to attending the event and have cleared in the Compass-NE Ltd account prior to attendance.

Compass-NE Ltd reserves the right to alter bookings as and when the needs arise. Compass-NE Ltd will endeavour to place clients onto suitable agreed alternative sessions. If, by mutual agreement this is not possible, Compass- NE Ltd will refund all monies paid.

Should clients be unable to attend booked sessions, Compass-NE Ltd will endeavour to place them onto a suitable and agreed alternative session. If the client refuses this option, cancellations are subject to additional charges.

  1. 10% charge of the contract value for any cancellations or amendments 30 days prior to the event,
  2. 50% of the contract value will be charged within 14 days prior to event,
  3. 75% of the contract value will be charged 7days or less, prior to event.
  4. 100% of the contract value will be charged within 48 hours of event.

Our terms and conditions are confidential between Compass-NE Ltd and the client.

Compass-NE Ltd reserves the right to promote their workshops and support materials to the attendees of all events.

All intellectual property rights in regards to the content and subsequent delivery of this event, which contains information of a proprietary nature, is vested in Compass-NE Ltd and its contents may not be reproduced, either wholly or in part in any way whatsoever, nor may it be used by, or its contents divulged to any other person whatsoever, without the prior written permission.
