The legal framework for the regulation of adult health and social care has changed. The National Minimum Standards for Social care and Standards for Better Health for the NHS have been replaced by new Health and Social Care Act 2008, Registration Requirements Act 2009 and the Regulated Activities Act 2009.

Compass-Ne Ltd have been supporting the Adult Health and Social Care Sector for the past 5 years servicing over 2000 clients.
We have had a unique insight into the workings of the Care Quality Commission as we have worked inside both the CQC and CSCI for a number of years and are now able to bring this experience to bear on your behalf.
