Welcome to the Compass NE membership scheme, supporting your continued Care Quality Commission CQC Registration. We have available a support system that you can access containing the latest information and advice regarding compliance matters with the CQC.
Our Team
Our team of support specialists all have extensive experience in dealing with the CQC, whether that entails registering services on behalf of some of the 1500 providers we have helped to date or in assisting with development of new policies procedures and audit systems to match the requirements of the new Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.
Our team has a unique knowledge of how the CQC works
More importantly our team have worked inside the CQC and the previous regulator the Commission for Social Care Inspection CSCI. We bring this experience and knowledge to bear on your behalf. As part of your membership you will be appointed one of the team as your own relationship manager.
Assisting you with the Burden of CQC Compliance
To assist you in being able to meet the challenges of the new Essential Standards of Quality and Safety we have developed three levels of support that should suit your organisation regardless of size or complexity.
We can offer three levels of support from our Bronze package which includes onsite support through to our comprehensive Gold package which can provide you complete compliance assistance, from day to day support via telephone or email through to onsite training and consultancy support.
Each package can be tailored to your specific needs by adding or removing elements; this can be done by contacting our team.
Additional Modules can be purchased at £450 each.
