Dear Colleagues,
In addition to delivering training on how to assess your service like a CQC Assessor, we can also audit your Service provision against the same framework. The advantages of having your service assessed prior to a CQC visit are as follows:
- Identify areas of weakness prior to a formal assessment, so giving you an opportunity to fix them before an assessment (don’t forget, the CQC publish all their reports on their website),
- Assist you in establishing value for money of your activities,
- Our assessment can be used to show as evidence to meeting Outcome Area 16: “Assessing and Monitoring the Quality of Service Provision.”
To do this, some information would need to be sent to us prior to any visit. This would include information such as:
1. Any completed PCA’s or equivalent,
2. Electronic version of all current policies and procedures,
3. Staff hierarchy,
4. Staff list (names and job titles),
5. Staff turnover,
6. Strategic / business plan,
7. Analysis / action plans from staff and user service user surveys” (no more than 12 months old),
8. Training matrix
9. Analysis of comments, concerns, complaints,
This is a sample of some of the information your CQC Assessor should assess before your on-site visit.
All our work is fully insured and indemnified up to £10 million. This is over and above the individual Compass guarantee on work undertaken.
To discuss our services in more detail, please call us on one of the numbers shown.
