As a primary Dental Care provider you will have been registered with Care Quality Commission CQC for over 6 months now and under the new regulations you will be audited once every two years or more frequently dependent on risk.
The CQC have committed to visiting the 9000 Dental Practices within the next 18 months. This means that 500 dental practices will be visited each month. Will you be next and are you ready?
Compass-NE have been working with Health & Social Care providers for over 3 years, giving advice and support on how to deal with CQC and prepare for their inspections. We have developed a robust structure to completing Provider Compliance Assessments PCA’s and have assisted clients through the auditing process.
Many of you will no doubt be wondering how the 16 “Outcome Areas” that are subject to inspection apply to you; especially things like Nutrition and how CQC will inspect Cleanliness and Infection Control. As we at Compass-NE have all worked within CQC or its predecessors we understand how the inspectors will inspect and what they are looking for.

The full day event starts at 10.00am and finishes at 4.00pm with lunch included.

We, like all other private providers are not endorsed by the CQC,but unlike other providers, all our staff have either worked for, or been contracted to the Care Quality Commission CQC, Healthcare Commission HCC, or Commission for Social Care Inspection CSCI.
